Don´t ask me how this works, but Twitter is definitely a part of what is called social media which can be defined as a tool that makes you talk to a complete stranger on the other side of Earth as it was your neighbour! And that is the point! This kind of communication has its value outside what is being said! I read a report that called the sentences on Twitter as “mostly meaningsless blaha-blaha” That report has not understand a word! Eat my cake and enjoy Twitter and all the other social media!
Dear Lara that I met on Twitter! Here comes the recipe for a cake your mother hopefully would appreciate at her birthday.
Orangecake with dark chocolate
Oven: 175 degrees Celcius
200gr butter
2 1/2 dl sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
3 egg
4 dl wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 dl concentrated orangejuice
150 gr dark cooking chocolate
Prepare a baking tin, round with a hole in the middle, with butter on the surface and then throw breadcrumps in the baking tin.
Stir butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until it is more or less porous. Add the eggs, gentle one by one while stiring.
Mix wheat flour with baking powder and add it varied with the concentrated orange juice.
Cut up in big pieces the chocolate and stir it as well into the mixture.
Pour the mixture in the baking tin.
Put the baking tin in the lower part of the oven for 50-55 minutes.
Take out the cake and let it cool off.
(The recipe says you can melt som cooking chocolate for garnishing the cake, I have never done that but it is of course an idea)
Good Luck!
